FAQs about the property
What is the maximum number of people allowed in the property ?
The maximum capacity of each property is different you will find this information on each property listing. All people in your party are counted regardless of age and we will not allow extra mattresses bedding etc. unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
Do you allow group or party reservations in any of your properties?
This refers to 3 or more people who are not related to each other. Unfortunately we do not allow these types of reservations. In order to ensure our properties are kept in the best condition possible, La Manga Holiday Rents reserves the right to turn away the group on arrival and the cost of the reservation will not be refunded. If you are unsure whether your potential reservation will be classed as a group or party reservation then please then please contact us for more details.
Can I bring pets ?
Not all of our properties are pet friendly, you can see if the property allows pets by looking at the property listing. Where properties are pet friendly, only one pet per property is allowed. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
Do you everything you need in the kitchen ?
Yes. In the kitchen you will benefit from enough pans, utensils etc. for cooking, as well as tableware for the maximum number of persons allowed in the house.
Quite often the owners will stay at their property during the low seasons, so occasionally there will be food items left in the cupboards, we ask if you use any of these items then to restock them before you depart.
What about bed linen and towels ?
Bed linen and towels are included in the final price of your reservation, so the beds will be made with fresh linen on your arrival. You will be also be provided with 1x set of towels per person. There is a washing machine in every property for you to be able to wash any bed linen or towels during your stay.
Can I expect to find duvet and pillows ?
There will be enough duvet and pillows for the maximum number of beds in the properties. For obvious reasons duvets will only be provided in the Winter. Please note, the duvet and pillows may reflect the local style and culture so may differ from what you use at home. If you suffer from any allergies we recommend that you bring your own and opt for a property that does not allow pets.
Can I choose a non smoking room ?
On all of our properties we request that no one smokes inside the property.
What time can I collect the keys for our property ?
Checking in time is between 17:00 - 22:00. If you would like to check in after 22:00 please contact us for more details
What time do I check out on my departure day ?
The check out time is 10 am. Please note we ask all guests to take off linen from all beds and put by the washing machine along with all towels. Take all rubbish from the property and put into the large refuse bin located outside the development. Make sure all crockery, pots and cutlery have been washed and put all away.
Can I expect to find any cleaning products n the property ?
We recommend that you bring essential products yourself. Alternatively you can purchase them at the local supermarket upon arrival.
Can I change or cancel my reservation ?
If you would like to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us immediately. Please look at our terms and conditions for more details, plus more information for any cancellation fees.
How should I pay for my reservation ?
When you make your reservation on our website you have to pay a 25@ deposit. Then you will receive a payment notification 30 days before your arrival requesting payment of your remaining balance. If your reservation is less than 30 days then you will receive this payment notification after you have made the reservation.
How will I receive the rental agreement ?
Once you have a confirmed reservation and have made the relevant payments, we will send you an email confirmation. On payment of the final balance you will be able to download your rental agreement.
Is it possible to transfer my reservation over to someone else ?
Yes. If in the unfortunate event you cannot travel yourself then you may transfer your reservation to someone else. This needs to be completed 14 days before arrival by contacting us immediately and giving us all the details of the new guest.
Why do I have to pay a security deposit ?
The security deposit covers any potential damages that may occur to the property or to the complex during your stay. If in the unfortunate event you have caused any damages by accident then please report immediately to our management company (details can be found in the manual inside the property). Please see terms and conditions for more details.
How do I pay the security deposit ?
This is to be paid 14 days before arrival by bank transfer. We will send a reminder by email a long with the bank details for you to make payment.
When will the security deposit be refunded ?
Once the property has been inspected and our management company have confirmed that no damage has occurred to the property or complex, then the security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer, within 14 days of your departure.
I am interested in a long-term stay, what do I have to do?
A stay of more than 4 weeks has to be requested via the owner of the property. Please contact us with the exact arrival and departure dates so that we request a price from the owner.
